Mother Engine – The Plauen, Germany natives, Mother Engine have become one of the most sought-after and groovy instrumental acts on the German psychedelic/stoner rock scene. They have released 2 albums so far, the latest being Absturz, which received a lot of praise from both press and public. Moreover, their powerful live performances are a must witness for any fan of the genre. This will be their first concert in Romania!

EARTH SHIP – German based skull crushing, whisky soaked riff power sludge/stoner metal quartet. The band’s monolithic 4th studio effort, Hollowed, out only a couple of months ago, is also the first for Napalm Records. Having played a successful gig last year in Timisoara, we had to bring them back! Expect a crushing performance, we are stoked!

ZIPPO – Another highlight of the festival will be the Pescara-based prog-stoner rock act, ZIPPO! The Italians will be back promoting their latest LP, After Us, the first one recorded as a four-piece. Both straightforward heavy and labyrinthine, the new tunes are sure to capture the attention of any fan of the genre! Their soaring live presence will be stunning!

ZAUM – The Canadian mantra doom duo have heavily toured Europe in the past 2 years, hitting Timisoara just as many times. Their long awaited second album, Eidolon will hit the shelves this October and we’re anxiously waiting for their mesmerizing performance at the festival!

Consecration – Consecration are a Serbian experimental trio that have been active since 2000. Their wide musical spectrum is a result of constant exploration ranging from heavy post metal outings, alternative rock, doom stoner to quiet ambient segments. The 5th studio effort, as well as the final part of a trilogy, Grob has seen the light of day last year, leading them into new sonic territories. All in all, one of the most sought-after underground Balkan acts will return to Timisoara for the festival, we’re excited!

Sunset in the 12th House – Sunset in the 12th House is the brainchild of Sol Faur & Hupogrammos (DorDeDuh/ex-Negura Bunget) born out of their desire to experiment outside their comfort zone. After a long wait, the band finally released their debut LP, Mozaic, a lovely mix of post-rock, progressive rock & post-metal. Luckily for us, they’ll grace us with their presence at the festival and we couldn’t be happier to watch them perform! Don’t miss out on this occasion!

Fluturi pe Asfalt – Arguably the finest post-rock/post-metal act Romania has to offer, they blend serene moments with heavy riffs, topped by eerie vocals. FPA started in 2009 and released their second album this year, the beautiful and haunting Munți Sub Mări. We are happy to have them back in Timisoara, as they are a delight to watch live!

Nava Mamă – Nava Mamă are a lovely alternative/post-rock group hailing from Cluj. Featuring members of Fluturi Pe Asfalt and Pinholes, they have released the self-titled debut album last year. Constantly switching focus from beautiful piano leads and moody segments to heavier riffs, their live performances are a hypnotizing journey to witness. They’ll be back in town for the festival and we couldn’t be happier to see them again!

Transceatla – Although initially the members regrouped under the old moniker, Makrothumia, they soon decided to move forward towards new sonic territories. The progressive metal act is currently finishing its first LP and we can’t wait to hear the tunes this fall!
